Premium fish maw soup

  • 1 L Yuan Chicken Collagen Soup

  • 250 ml Water

  • 25 g fish maw

  • 200 g crab meat

  • 2 eggs

  • 5-8 pcs scallops

  • 1 Tbsp Goji berry

  • 1 Sea cucumber (optional)

  • Abalone (optional)


Step 1: Cut fish maw into smaller pieces and soak in hot water for 20-30 mins to soften. Afterwards, rinse and set aside

Step 2: Add 1L Yuan Chicken Collagen Soup and 250ml water into a pot and bring to boil

Step 3: Add the fish maw and simmer until it is soft (but not mushy)

Step 4: Add in scallops and crab meat

Step 5: Gently stir in an egg

Step 6: Add Goji berry and allow to simmer for 5 minutes

Step 7: Serve hot in small bowls!
