seafood porridge




  • 500ml Yuan Collagen

  • 500ml water

  • 8pcs dried scallops

  • 120g glutinous rice

  • 120g white rice

  • 100g crab meat

  • 1 small ginger

  • 1 pc fish cake (sliced)

  • 1 spring onion chopped

  • Lobster (optional)

(Servers ~3pax)


1. Soak dried scallops in 500ml warm water for 30 mins and tear into smaller pieces
2. Pour in the scallops with the water used to soak the scallops in a pot, and add the rice (both glutinous and white rice)
3. Cover the pot and leave simmering for about 10 mins to soften rice
4. Add in Yuan Collagen, crab meat, lobster, ginger and fish cake, and allow to simmer for another 8-10 mins or until desired porridge consistency
5. Add chopped onion and serve hot
