Papaya fish soup

(ideal for lactation)


Serving size: 1


  • 250ml Yuan Fish Collagen

  • 100-200ml water (to taste)

  • 4-5 small slices of Fish (eg. Red snapper )

  • 250g green papaya

  • 5 red dates

  • 1tsp wolfberries 

  • 1pc white fungus

  • (optional) 1/2 tsp light soya sauce

  • Kuay Teow noodles


Step 1: Soak white fungus a few minutes in water to soften 


Step 2: In a pot, add 250ml yuan Fish Collagen and 100-200ml water 

Step 3: Cut red dates into half and add to soup, together with white fungus and wolf berries

Step 4: Cut papaya into small chunks and add to soup

Step 5: Simmer on low fire until papaya is soft

Step 6: Add Fish slices and noodles and simmer until Fish is cooked (about 3 mins)

Step 7: (optional) add half teaspoon light soya sauce for added taste

Step 8: Serve hot
