korean ginseng chicken (Samgyetang)
5-6 pcs chicken
2 Tbsp dried goji berries
2 Tsp salt
10-12 dried red dates/ jujube
1-2 pcs Korean ginseng
1. In a large pot, add 1 part Yuan Collagen Soup with 1 part Water (if you want a thicker soup, add less water) and heat up.
2. Rinse and drain all dried herbs to remove any unwanted particles.
3. Add all ingredients in the large pot, and bring to boil. (feel free to add more ginseng for a more herby taste)
4. Reduce heat and simmer until chicken is cooked.
5. Serve warm and enjoy!
Note: If you want a smaller portion, scale down recipe proportionally
