Cooking instructions

Ingredients list

  • 1L Yuan Collagen Soup 

  • 1 Pack of Set A Herbs (Angelica Sinensis, Codonopsis, Astragalus Root, Chinese Yam, Soloman's Seal)- provided

  • 1 Pack of Set B Herbs (Goji Berry, Dried Longan)-provided

  • 1-2 cups water

Double Boil Method

Step 1: Put 1L Yuan Collagen Soup into a double boiler and add in Pack A of herbs (Angelica Sinensis, Codonopsis, Astragalus Root, Chinese Yam, Soloman's Seal)

Step 2: Add in 1 cup of water to the soup, bring to boil and simmer for 1 hour

Step 3: Add in Pack B of herbs (Goji Berry, Dried Longan) and simmer for another 10-15 minutes to bring out sweetness

Direct Pot Method

Step 1: Put 1L Yuan Collagen Soup into a pot and add in Pack A of herbs (Angelica Sinensis, Codonopsis, Astragalus Root, Chinese Yam, Soloman's Seal)

Step 2: Add in 2 cup of water to the soup, bring to boil and simmer for 1 hour (very low fire so as not to boil down the mixture)

Step 3: Add in Pack B of herbs (Goji Berry, Dried Longan) and simmer for another 10-15 minutes to bring out sweetness
